• To send you a confirmation email when you book a demo

4. WhatsApp Communication

Our contact form opens a WhatsApp conversation with our team. By choosing to send a message via WhatsApp, you agree to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. We store a copy of your message details in our own secure database for follow-up purposes.

Your data is stored in a MySQL database hosted on Hostinger servers in India/Europe. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), prepared SQL statements to prevent injection attacks, and hashed admin credentials.

Only authorised Nelumbus team members have access to submitted data through a password-protected admin panel.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact and booking data for up to 2 years, after which it is deleted unless ongoing business communication requires otherwise.
